Every cake we make is hand spun to individual order and then fried in the industries absolute BEST possible cooking medium. We use a fruit based oil that is revolutionizing fried foods. We have replaced the high Omega-6 polyunsaturated high linoleic acid cooking oils found generally everywhere in foodswith a far healthier Omega-3 monounsaturated oil that reduces the linoleic acid down to as low as 2-3%.

We use only personally chosen products that we can affirm are the very best ingredients for every step of our process. What does this mean to the average eater?
